    Review

    To doSign-off

Add the Trial Balance check to prove the books, then review.

One source of record for every figure: the General Ledger. Other reports (Trial Balance, P&L, balance sheet, payments list) are read as checks against it by default; a Trial Balance can be chosen as the figures for its months, and the detail is kept. Sales detail, stock and ageing add detail and must agree with their accounts.
